Professional services are provided in Dubai and the UAE to guarantee a hassle-free process from carpet selection to final fitting. But in case of any returns or replacement, we have an easy, open, and customer-friendly policy.

What Will Be the Conditions for the Return?

We accept requests for carpet returns or refunds solely based on these conditions.

Incorrect Carpet Delivery:

In case we deliver you a carpet that does not conform to your order, we will give you a replacement or refund without any extra charges.

Defective or Quality Issue:

In case your carpet is received with obvious damages, defects, or fails to comply with the agreed specifications, then you can request a return after our inspection and confirmation.

Carpet in Unused Condition:

Change of preference returns are only accepted when the product is not used, installed, or in its original packaging. The requests should be received within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable & Returnable Conditions

The following are non-refundable:

Already Installed or Used Carpets:

The carpet cannot be returned after it is installed or used unless one notices a defect right away.

Customized Carpets:

Carpets that are custom-made, tailored, or designed to the customer are non-refundable except in case of a defect or error on our part.

On Sale Carpet or Discounted:

Carpets sold in sales or promotions cannot be returned except in case of defects during delivery.

What is the Process of Return?

In case you are not happy with your carpet, you can either return it or get a refund as follows:

Step 1: Call Our Support Team

Send your order information and a reason why you would like to send it back to our customer care team.

Step 2: Return Authorization

After examining your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Step 3: Secure Packaging

Repackage the product in the original packaging carefully with all its accessories attached, and write the RA number.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement

Once we get the returned item, we refund or replace it. The process of refunds usually takes 7-14 business days.

Who Takes Return Shipping Responsibility?

Company Responsibility:

Luxury Carpet will pay the shipping costs of the returned product in case the carpet is returned due to its damage or the wrong product.

Customer Responsibility:

The shipping costs will be incurred in case the request is made to ship a return due to a change of mind.
